History

Established in 1994 as a co-operative for a group of packagers throughout the UK, the business quickly evolved into Exclusive Connections, one of the most innovative and successful packager networks and specialist mortgage distributors in the UK.  In 2007 alone the business completed just under £3 Billion of mortgages – most in the Buy to Let sector.

The business later diversified into Bridging Finance, Commercial Mortgages,  Secured Loans and Debt Solutions before re-branding as Brilliant in 2009.  The re-brand to Brilliant Solutions followed the purchase of the Mortgage 2000 and 1st Source Direct mortgage clubs from MoneySupermarket plc and reflected the company’s new position in the market as a significant independent distributor of financial products and services; from prime mortgages through to adverse debt solutions.
